Kite Hill's European Style butter is made from almonds and it's my second favorite soy-free vegan butter option. It tastes like butter and you can use it 1:1 any way you would use regular dairy butter. It melts very quickly though so don't keep it on the counter for too long if you don't want it to be liquid.


If you have a nut allergy, try the Miyoko's Oat Butter (contains coconut oil if you have a tree nut allergy).


Most other vegan butters are just solidified Omega 6 rich industrially refined nut + seed oils which are a no-no for autoimmune warriors.
