In 2015, I struggled to lift containers of food high enough off the counters at work to put them in their cooler bags for delivery.
I was then diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis and sent home with an anti-inflammatory prescription and told there was nothing else I could do about it except take the medication.
As the executive chef for a non-profit that delivers anti-inflammatory healing meals to cancer patients every week, I knew there had to be a better way.
So I started making the same meals I was feeding cancer patients at work, for my family at home.
Within 3 months, my joint pain, and the eczema and migraines I had suffered with for years, completely went away. And I haven't taken one prescription medication for my condition to date.
Now, I teach foodies with autoimmunity like you, do the same at home. Because using food as medicine changed my life and I know it can change yours too.
