In 2015, I started using anti-inflammatory comfort food as medicine to manage the symptoms of my Rheumatoid Arthritis.  Within 3 months, my debilitating joint pain, chronic migraines, and eczema all went away! In that moment, I was hooked on using diet + lifestyle as medicine and went on to reverse a handful of other conditions over the years like adrenal fatigue, mold toxicity, leaky gut, and insulin resistance (just to name a few). 
 
My healing journey wasn't a linear one (I ended up relapsing 5 years later), but what I learned along the way is that the secret to successfully using anti-inflammatory food as medicine is consistency. Not perfection.
