The One Thing I Do Any Time I Wake up With Joint Pain




Any time I wake up with joint pain, I drink green tea until my symptoms subside.


I take a mental note of what my pain level is and drink organic green tea with nothing in it until my pain is cut in half or gone entirely.


Green tea is super anti-inflammatory due to its high content of flavonoids¹ - a powerful antioxidant found in wine, blueberries, cherries, etc.


So any time I wake up with joint pain, I drink organic green tea until my pain level comes down by half or goes away completely.


Usually it's 2 to 3 cups.
