All you have to do is select your menu for the week and reheat your meals when you're ready to eat!


1.) Create a custom menu for you to choose from each week that suits your dietary needs and meets your culinary desires

2.) Order groceries then come to your house and cook

3.) Prepare and package all of your meals then label them with the date and reheating instructions


4.) Leave the kitchen cleaner than I found it 

5.) Log your hours on a shared timesheet and send you a request for reimbursement for groceries.

Sessions are for a minimum of 12 weeks and include 12 meals each week. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks - whatever you choose! Whatever your needs are, I'll make sure they are met. 

You deserve to eat delicious home cooked food that nourishes your condition and feeds your soul.

NOTE: Session price does not include groceries. Weekly travel fees apply for folks outside of Sumner County ($30/week for Nashville area; $45/week for Green Hills; $60/week for Brentwood and beyond.)


TERMS: 12 Week Sessions are non-refundable. A written notice is required one week in advance to skip weeks. 3 skips due to illness or unforeseen circumstances allowed per 12 week session. Cancellations without a written one week notice will result in a forfeited week. Additional cancellations due to illness or unforeseen circumstances beyond the 3 allowed will result in a forfeited week. Client is subject to Chef Laura's existing schedule at the time of registration.
