Sugar Free Halloween Candy

Looking to keep your child's immune system strong through the holidays? Don't want to wreck their gut by letting them eat a giant bucket of candy?

Don't want to face the temptation of having a giant bucket of Halloween candy in the house for the next month because it's one of your favorite things but you know if you eat some, you'll eat too much and you'll potentially end up in a flare?

I totally get it!

I find keeping my trigger foods out of the house is the best way for me to not eat my trigger foods.

So here's what I suggest.

Let your child eat however much they want on Halloween, or pick out 10-20 of their favorites to eat over the next 7-10 days then swap out the rest for healthier sugar-free options that they can indulge in without restriction so they don't feel like they're missing out and/or start to develop unhealthy boundaries around candy/sweets.

Below are some of my favorites.

The Lily's gummy bears and gummy worms are the absolute best tasting of the healthiest candies I've found.

The Stover's Chocolates are the next best tasting but they're not as healthy as the Lily's gummies/chocolates and the Smart Sweets gummies.

Most of these can be found at your local grocery store, health/specialty stores and Target!

Let me know which ones you try and how you like them!

Happy Halloween!!
