How I Spent a Weekend in Florida Eating Whatever I Wanted Without Ending in a Flare

We spent 4th of July weekend in Pensacola, Florida and I was able to indulge in dessert, cocktails and restaurant food all weekend long because of this one thing:


1 1/2 hours before we got on the road, I meal prepped 1/3 of our meals and brought them with us!



SPRINKLED THROUGHOUT THE 4 DAYS WE HAD THE FOLLOWING MEALS TO EAT:


Brown Rice, Grass-Fed Beef + Vegetable Stir Fry

Turkey + Pepper Jack Almond Tortilla Wraps

Black Eyed Pea Salad

Fruit Salad

Green Protein Smoothies (get my recipe HERE)

Veggies + Hummus

Filtered Water


And we didn't eat everything so we still have some Black Eyed Pea Salad and Stir Fry left over!
