Hello September!!
It's finally time to transition to cooking more hearty, rich, comforting meals like soups, stews, casseroles, and one of my favorites...
Chicken Fried Steak with Mashed Potatoes and Gravy!
This recipe I'm sharing with you today comes from the "30 Minute Meals" September Meal Plan - typically reserved only for members of my online course and coaching program - The Autoimmune Edible Rx.

INGREDIENTS:
3 organic pastured eggs
~2 c King Arthur or Bob’s Red Mill 1:1 All Purpose Gluten Free Flour Blend
~1 t organic paprika
1/2 t garlic powder
1/2 t onion powder
4 organic grass-fed steaks, pounded thin (at room temperature)
Expeller pressed avocado oil
Sea salt and black pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
Heat a large cast iron or stainless-steel skillet over medium heat until hot.
Place eggs in one shallow baking dish and gluten free flour in another. Season both with dried spices and salt and pepper. Beat eggs and mix flour to combine.
Dredge steak in flour then coat in beaten egg. Coat in flour once more then set aside.
Turn heat to medium-high and coat with about 1" of oil. Pan fry steak for 2-3 minutes until golden brown and crispy then flip and cook through (internal temperature of the thickest part of the steak should reach 165°F). Drain on a paper towel lined plate then served with your favorite sides. (I love to serve this with Flare Free mashed potatoes 'n gravy, and broccoli!)
