Use my tips below to identify store bought Flare Free jarred pasta sauce:
1.) Organic (tomatoes are on the Dirty Dozen List)
2.) No sugar added
3.) Made with identifiable ingredients (like tomatoes, onions, garlic, salt, basil, etc.)
4.) Made with olive oil NOT canola oil, soybean oil, sunflower oil, etc.
