I apparently ran out of emails to send until it resets in a few days (**FACE PALM**) so I have to share the rest of the info re: boot camp days 3 and 4 via my blog!
Day three of boot camp is MEAL PREP DAY!!!
We'll be making breakfast, lunch, dinner and a sweet treat together in a live 2 hour cook-along via Zoom! The recipes are simple and quick cooking, very little equipment is required (a sheet tray, a wooden spoon, a mixing bowl, a skillet) and very little chopping will be involved due to the help we are going to take from the grocery store with ready-to-cook pre-chopped vegetables.
One lucky person who is present for the live cook-along will win a free set of glass meal prep containers!
If you're already registered for boot camp, you should have received a grocery and a prep list sent to your email. Feel free to make as much or as little off of the menu as you see fit for your family.
You do not need to know how to cook. Very little chopping is involved in these recipes and I will be showing you everything you need to know, step-by-step to put anti-inflammatory meals on the table for you and your family in 2 hours.
You do not need to shop until after Day 2 of Boot Camp when I share my Flare Free Shopping Tips with you.
