INGREDIENTS:
1 block of Violife Plant Based Feta, at room temp
1 container of Violife Original Cream Cheese, at room temp
Splash of filtered water
Organic extra virgin olive oil to taste (about 1 1/2 t)
~6 T your favorite tasting raw honey (substitute dark maple syrup to make it vegan!)
~1/4 c thinly sliced scallions or chives Freshly ground black pepper to taste INSTRUCTIONS:
Place plant based feta and cream cheese in a food processor. Add a splash of water, 1 teaspoon of olive oil and a pinch of salt and puree until smooth (adding more water or oil as needed to reach a creamy/fluffy consistency. Taste and adjust seasoning by adding more salt if needed.
Place whipped feta in a shallow serving bowl and make a well in the center with the back of a spoon. Fill well with honey then garnish with sliced scallions and freshly cracked black pepper.
Serve with crudites, gluten free pita, or gluten free crackers (I like Simple Mill and Nut Thins) and watch your guests' minds be blown!
