We made Crock Pot Chicken Tortilla Soup in Week 9 of The Flare Free Meal Prep Solution (my 6-week, self-paced meal prep course), and as promised, here is a bonus recipe for my students!
A great way to switch up the soup throughout the week so you never get bored!

FLARE FREE TORTILLA STRIPS
INGREDIENTS:
1 pkg. Siete almond flour tortillas, cut into thin strips
Spray avocado oil
Sea salt
INSTRUCTIONS:
1.) Preheat your oven to 425°F/220°C and line a baking sheet with unbleached parchment paper.
2.) Spread tortilla strips on the baking sheet and spray somewhat lightly (but thoroughly) with avocado oil.
3.) Season with salt and bake for about 10 minutes, stirring every 2-3 minutes to ensure even cooking, until golden brown and crispy.
4.) Taste and adjust by adding more salt then let cool completely.
5.) Package in a glass food storage container and keep at room temperature for up to 10 days.
