Buy pastured eggs. That's it!


Pastured eggs (eggs from chickens that are raised on pasture - in the open air, on grass, eating bugs, grass, etc.) are full of omega 3s, Vitamin D and Vitamin A - all powerful anti-oxidants that fight inflammation.


Reach for the organic variety if you can find/afford it.


Or better yet, raise your own chickens on pasture if you can - you'll save a couple dollars a dozen and you get fun little pets to take care of as well!
