Meet Chef Laura
Laura Rodriguez is a personal chef that specializes in preparing healthful seasonal meals that the whole family loves. She reversed her own auto-immune disease through diet and lifestyle and that is reflected in her cooking. When she's not cooking she's either in the garden, at the farmers' market, or hanging out at her 1930's farmhouse in Portland, TN. with her family.
