Over the past decade I've reversed debilitating joint pain, chronic migraines, eczema, leaky gut, gut dysbiosis, adrenal fatigue AND insulin resistance all through diet + lifestyle.


As a chef with Rheumatoid Arthritis and several other diet + lifestyle related conditions, I had no other choice but to develop a style of cooking that allows me to stay symptom free. 


But I wasn't willing to sacrifice flavor + comfort along the way.  


As a caterer and personal chef, I've fed thousands of elite Nashvillians my Flare Free Meals. But I don't think this style of cooking should be reserved only for folks in the Nashville area who can afford a personal holistic chef. 

So now I'm on a mission to help YOU embrace your love of food, get off the rollercoaster ride of auto-immune flare ups and achieve food TRUE freedom (the food you need to eat to live free of autoimmune flare-ups is the food you actually WANT to eat) simply by swapping the inflammatory ingredients in your pantry and fridge for their anti-inflammatory counterparts and following simple, delicious, comforting recipes in my monthly meal plans.
