Back in 2015, I put my RA into remission by using anti-inflammatory food as medicine.

But my healing journey wasn’t a linear one.

Years later, after struggling with the chronic stress of being a full-time private chef to a country music star, and suffering a severe bought of mold toxicity, I ended up in the biggest flare of my life and nearly lost my ability to walk.

That's when I realized in order to live well with autoimmunity, I have to CONSISTENTLY prioritize using anti-inflammatory diet and lifestyle modifications as medicine.

So, I created a system that allows me to do that (without sacrificing delicious-tasting food or cooking all day).

And I haven't had a single flare-up since.

 

Now, I help others like you do this same thing for yourself too!
