Top Chef Kelsey Barnard Clark (Season 16) recently published a gorgeous cookbook featuring her favorite southern and family heirloom recipes. Per your request, Laura is going to show you how to make some of her favorites from the book Flare Free. If you don't have an autoimmune condition or an inflammation related illness, cook the recipes as written for yourself at home! All tickets include a copy of the book!
"Flare Free" means gluten/dairy/sugar/corn/soy free comfort food that won't cause auto-immune flare-ups.
(This is a demonstration style class. Come prepared to take notes and virtual students - cook at home along with me if you wish!)
