3 Day Food Journaling Challenge
Let's track our meals + how they make us feel so we can start listening to our body + give it what it needs in real time with community support!

About the event
TO PARTICIPATE IN THE CHALLENGE:
1.) Print out 3 copies of the food journal (will be emailed to you upon sign up) and write down everything you eat and any physical effects you feel (if any) for 3 days
2.) Post a picture of your journal in the group each day (if you're not an FFCA Member, you can post your pictures on social media and tag @cheflaurarodriguez)
3.) Post 3 food journal photos in 3 days and receive a free 20 minute consultation with Chef Laura to discuss your findings and lay out a road map for your next steps for healing!
