Switch to a no-sugar added pastured chicken or turkey sausage (organic if you can find/afford it) for another simple way to eat anti-inflammatory first thing in the morning!
If you can't find a no-sugar added pastured poultry sausage like the one here in my Instagram video, add maple syrup, ground sage, salt and pepper to pastured ground turkey or chicken (organic if you can find/afford it) and make your own breakfast sausage!
