About the event

A six week course that meets once a week (Saturdays at 2 pm CST) to teach you the basics of cooking Flare Free. If you don't eat seafood, please send someone in your place.

Chili Lime Garlic Shrimp 

Pan Seared Turmeric Trout

Flare Free Fish Fry

Techniques: purchasing + handling fish, nut crust, roast, marinade, stir fry, pan sear, tempura batter, shallow fry
