A six week course that meets once a week (Saturdays at 2 pm CST) for six weeks to teach you the basics of cooking Flare Free. 

This week's topic is: Pastured Proteins! 

Come learn all about the importance of eating good quality organic pasture raised proteins and how to cook some!

Braised Chicken Thighs

Grilled Steak + Eggs

Lamb Meatballs

Chicken Picatta 

Techniques: searing, braising, grilling, egg cookery, gluten free binders, dredging, pan frying, cast iron cooking, how to properly use and clean a stainless steel pan
