Learn how to chop efficiently so you can make cooking from scratch at home a breeze! We'll finish class with a Vegan Brown Rice Stir Fry.
Techniques: Slice, dice, julienne, brunoise, mince and chiffonade, stir fry, sauce making, seasoning to taste, garnishing
