This episode of Dr. Mark Hyman's podcast, "The Doctor's Farmacy" had me tearing up at a few different points. I could relate to so much he talked about in the show but I couldn't help but think...


"Man, he is really blowing through this episode and dropping a bunch of really important knowledge that more people need to know about but probably will never remember just from listening to one episode of a podcast!"


So that prompted me to write down some of my favorite highlights that folks can take their time reading through and researching on their own.
