Everything You Need to Know About the November Meal Plan
Holiday season is officially here and what better way than to celebrate with some seasonal fall favorites?!

Great for foodies who love to embrace the change of the seasons by indulging in the freshest ingredients you can find this time of year WHILE using food as medicine!
This month there are 10 different recipes including one crock pot meal, one soup and THREE tomato free casseroles!
5 of the recipes are easy to execute and 8 of them reheat beautifully and can be made entirely in advance if you'd like to cook once and eat for days.
Please reach for simple, quick cooking meals from the February, June and October meal plans inside the private online group to fill out weeks 3 and 4 during this busy time of year!

My favorite thing about this month is the Bonus Thanksgiving Sides Recipe Packet that is included! If you're hosting Thanksgiving or just starting your Flare Free Journey and don't want to derail your progress, consider making some of these sides!
Everything you need to execute this meal plan can be found at your local grocery store!
Here are some of the specialty Flare Free ingredients needed this month (more brand suggestions included in the meal plan):
-Golden Beets
-Vegan Butter
-Vegan Feta Cheese
-Ground Lamb
-Uncured Prosciutto
-Dairy Free Boursin Cheese
On a plant based diet?
Don't fret - most recipes can be made vegan and have suggestions highlighted in pink for how to do so!
Dealing with Alpha Gal? All recipes have suggestions for substitutions for any beef on the menu. For the Prosciutto, Boursin, Kale Chicken + Rice Bake, just omit the prosciutto or substitute cooked turkey bacon.
Want to cook once and eat for days?
I suggest you get yourself some glass containers to store your meals in if you like to individually package your meals to take to work with you or leave for your partner if you have different schedules, etc.
If you're new to the Flare Free Cooking Academy, here are my steps for using a meal plan:
Print the meal plan
Figure out which meals you want to make
Check your pantry and cross off any ingredients you already have on hand
Order groceries or go shopping for what you need
Set up your kitchen according to my tips for meal prepping if you're going to batch cook on your day off (found in the private support group under Events > How to Batch Cook Once and Eat For Days)
Read through the recipe once before you start.
Set your proteins out to come to room temp while you chop all your veggies and measure all of your ingredients.
Cook!
